When: Wednesday, 15th April
Time: 10.00AM – 11.00AM
Location: Live webinar
Take a look at our agenda:
- Overview
Reporting isn’t just about pulling numbers, it’s about understanding what those numbers mean and how they can drive decisions. We’ll show you the different reporting categories, what each one is designed to do, and how to use them effectively to make informed decisions. - Directory
Your directory is the backbone of accurate reporting. If the data feeding your reports isn’t correct, the results will be misleading. Here, we’ll explain why maintaining a clean, up-to-date directory is critical and share best practices for ensuring your reporting reflects reality. - Reports
System settings and parameters are the controls behind every report. Get them right, and your reports become accurate, relevant, and tailored to your organisation. In this session, we’ll show you which settings matter most, how to configure them, and the practical steps to make reporting work smarter for you. - Exports
Sometimes, the most efficient way to work with data is outside the system. Exporting reports allows you to manipulate, share, and analyse information in flexible ways. Find out when exporting makes sense and how to keep exported data secure and useful.
