WebEx Calling widgets – Total amount of calls Per Hour
Definition
This data provides an hour‑by‑hour view of call activity, showing how call volumes are distributed across different call types throughout the day. It helps illustrate overall demand patterns, identify peak periods of activity, and show how usage varies over time. By grouping activity into hourly intervals and call categories, the data supports a better understanding of call behaviour, capacity planning, and performance monitoring without focusing on individual users or destinations. Each call is counted as a single call event; for example, if a call is transferred multiple times, it is still recorded as one call.
Output list
Date – The date for the hour bin and Initial Call Direction count
Hour Bin – The hour for the Initial Call Direction count
Incoming – Total amount of CALLS that had the Initial Call Direction as Incoming
Outgoing – Total amount of CALLS that had the Initial Call Direction as Outgoing
Internal – Total amount of CALLS that had the Initial Call Direction as Internal
Tandem – Total amount of CALLS that had the Initial Call Direction as Tandem
