Zoom widgets – Incoming hourly breakdown to Call Outcomes
Definition
This widget provides an hour‑by‑hour breakdown of call outcomes for calls associated with the selected Calling Level 2 Party Name (in this example, United Kingdom). Each row represents a one‑hour time window (Hour Bin) and shows how many calls during that period resulted in each possible outcome. For example, the Connected column shows the number of successfully connected calls in that hour, while other columns (such as Busy, No Answer, Not Connected, or Queued) indicate calls that did not complete and the reason why. In this sample data, most calls successfully connected during the early morning hours, with a small number of calls at 07:00-07:59 resulting in No Answer or Not Connected. This view helps identify call volumes, success rates, and any patterns or anomalies in call handling across different times of the day.

By default, the Calling Level 2 Party Name is set to “United Kingdom”. To search for a specific party, you need to open the Calling Level 2 Party Name field and update it to match the name of the party you wish to search for. If you also want to include internal calls in the results, open Call Direction and enable Internal Calls.
