Telephony widgets – Outgoing Total Minutes per category
Definition
The Outgoing Total Minutes widget will show a summary of minutes per call category, i.e. National, Mobile etc.

Once you have imported the widget template, you will be able to edit any of the boxes in the filter area to be more applicable to your requirements or add columns for more granular information.
In this example, the Call Direction filter has been used to ensure the widget is only looking at Outgoing calls. The Sum of the talk time is in the format – Days:Hours:Minutes:Seconds
