Telephony widgets – Outbound International Calls
Definition
The International Calls widget allows you to search for calls made to international telephone numbers during the selected reporting period. The widget provides visibility of the destination, caller, duration, and associated costs of each call, helping you identify and investigate international call activity across your organisation.

Modifications
It is recommended that you review the Call Category filter and ensure that International, International Free, and International Mobile are all set to Yes.
In some installations, the underlying Call Category IDs may differ from those used when the widget template was created. As a result, these categories may not be selected correctly after import. If this is the case, open the filter, deselect the affected call categories, and then reselect them.
The quickest way to verify that the correct categories have been selected is to hover over the Filter Information icon, which will display the currently applied values.
