Telephony widgets – Emergency Calls
Definition
The Emergency Calls widget will list any individual calls where the dialled digits is either 999 or 112. This can be useful for large organisations where the Emergency Services will turn up at a Reception and the staff at the reception will need to know where to send the Emergency Responders. This would primarily be set up as an Alert on New Data so that reception receive an email as soon as the phone is put down from the emergency call.
