Telephony widgets – Average Incoming Ring Time by Department
Definition
The Incoming Ring Time by Department widget will show a list of all departments in the directory tree with a sum of all calls inbound to that department and the average ring time for those calls.

Once you have imported the widget template, you will be able to edit any of the boxes in the filter area to be more applicable to your requirements or add columns for more granular information.
In this example, the Collecting CDR Source filter has been used to ensure the widget is only looking at normal Telephony CDR data (not Teams or Zoom where we do not get ring time from the data).
