Telephony widgets – Out of Hours to a Specific Set of Called Digits
Definition
The Out of Hours widget outputs calls going to a specific extension either outside 8 – 18:00 weekdays or all-day Saturday and Sunday. The example is set at Called Digits of ‘2405’.

Modifications
Once you have imported the widget template, you will be able to edit any of the boxes in the filter area to be more applicable to your requirement, for example:-
Change the Hours by clicking on the Hour box in the Filters area and change the hours of business.
Change the Called Digits by clicking on the Called Digits box in the Filters. You can add more than one set of called digits. You can also set digits to be excluded – see example below.
- % – Matches any string of zero or more characters. For example, %787% finds all texts containing 787.
- _ – Matches any single character. For example, 1_3 finds 123, 193, 1A3…
- [] – Matches any single character within the specified range ([a-f]) or set ([abcdef]). For example, 0[1-4]% finds all entries beginning with 01, 02, 03 and 04.
- [^] – Matches any single character not within the specified range ([^a-f]) or set ([^abcdef]). For example, 0[^1-4]% finds all entries not beginning with 01, 02, 03 and 04.
Alternatively, the Group Name filter can be used to specify the Hunt Group for which you want to view all incoming calls. If required, either the Group Name or Called Digits filters can be removed to broaden the search criteria and return a wider set of results.
