Telephony widgets – Out of Hours to a Specific Set of Called Digits
Definition
The Out of Hours widget outputs calls going to a specific extension either outside 8 -18:00 weekdays or all-day Saturday and Sunday. The example is set at Called Digits of ‘2405’.

Once you have imported the widget template, you will be able to edit any of the boxes in the filter area to be more applicable to your requirement, for example:-
Change the Hours by clicking on the Hour box in the Filters area and change the hours of business.
Change the Called Digits by clicking on the Called Digits box in the Filters. You can add more than one set of called digits. You can also set digits to be excluded – see example below.
You can also add fields in the Column section, so you see more information about the call. For example:-
