Telephony widgets – Inbound External Calling Digits
Definition
This widget allows you to search for one or more specific calling numbers from an external caller. It provides visibility of where each call was routed within the business, the outcome of the call, and any subsequent transfers that occurred. Where a call has been transferred, the widget displays the transfer path and the order in which the call progressed through the organisation. For further details on call routing outcomes, refer to the Call Flag Definitions, which explain the initiating and termination reasons associated with each call.

Modifications
Once you have imported the widget template, you will be able to edit any of the boxes to be more applicable to your requirement, for example:-
Change the Calling Digits by clicking on the Calling Digits box in the Filters, you can add more than one set of calling digits. You can also set digits to be excluded – see example below.
Wild cards
- % – Matches any string of zero or more characters. For example, %787% finds all texts containing 787.
- _ – Matches any single character. For example, 1_3 finds 123, 193, 1A3…
- [] – Matches any single character within the specified range ([a-f]) or set ([abcdef]). For example, 0[1-4]% finds all entries beginning with 01, 02, 03 and 04.
- [^] – Matches any single character not within the specified range ([^a-f]) or set ([^abcdef]). For example, 0[^1-4]% finds all entries not beginning with 01, 02, 03 and 04.
