Telephony widgets – Time of Day Breakdown
Definition
The Time of Day breakdown widget will show a summary of leg counts during the set of time bins, these can be hour bins, half hour bins, quarter hour bins or minute bins.

Once you have imported the widget template, you will be able to edit any of the boxes in the filter area to be more applicable to your requirements or add columns for more granular information.
In the example above, the Call Direction has been filtered on for Incoming calls only.
