Once you have imported the widget template, you will be able to edit any of the boxes in the filter area to be more applicable to your requirement or add columns for more granular information.
For example, this widget shows all Call Outcomes. If you only need to see Connected, then pull the Call Outcomes box from the Columns down to the Filters box and click on it. A new box will appear as below:-
If you only want to see connected, click on Select None to make all the Yes to No then only click on the Connected button and click on ok. This will now only show the Connected Calls.
Please note, in this widget template, the Call Direction has Outgoing and Tandem call direction selected. Outgoing will be calls where the user has picked up the phone and dialled an international number. However, if you have callers coming into your business going direct to phones who have their phone call forwarded to an international number, this will show as a tandem call. The phone which is call forwarded will show in the Charged Party Name field.
If you wish to take the tandem records out, just click on the Call Direction box and untick Tandem.
Don’t forget to click on “Retrieve Data” whenever you make changes to the filtering.
This widget could also be used in the Alerting tile. So, if you wish to be emailed when an international call is dialled, rather than wait for a report, then this widget can be used to set up an Alert.
